Loves Lane Cottages

A perfect place to spoil yourself, a friend or loved one.

All weather situations are catered for with cosy wood heaters, reverse cycle air conditioners and ceiling fans.

Each cottage is very private and has stunning views across the hills facing the sunset. Leave your curtains open and wake up in the morning to something special. Of course the windows are tinted and UV protected.

Each cottages has it's own BBQ and outdoor table setting on the verandah providing another opportunity to take in the countryside. Both cottages also have spa baths for you to sit back and relax in after a busy day exploring the local towns.

The entertainment system in each cottage will let you watch your favorite movie or show on a big screen HDTV or listen to your CD's with full surround sound. A Paystation3 is also connected to the system which has the added benefit of playing Bluray discs.....AND we have a huge range of movies that you can borrow at no extra charge. We also carry a small range of PS3 games.

We have a large shared laundry facility available with a washing machine and dryer. An iron and ironing board is supplied in each cottage.

EXTRAS To enable you to enjoy your stay and take advantage of the cottages and the region we provide a number of 'extras' at no charge.

GPS UNITS: So you want to explore the region or just go for a short drive and then get back the shortest way without getting lost or fighting with maps? GPS units are available to find the places you want to go to by the best route and once the day is over and you're ready to come home just press 'home' and it will lead you to our door.

DVD's & BLURAYS: We provide each cottage with 25 DVD's and we have a huge library of DVD's that you can select from including movies, shows, documentaries and music. We are also building our Bluray collection with many of the latest releases available to borrow.

PLAYSTATION 3: We have a small selection of games that are available to borrow.

BOARDGAMES: A few games are provided in each rooms and another small selection of the classic games are also available to borrow.

FISHING: Didn't think to pack some gear or couldn't be bothered at the time? We supply each cottage with 2 rods, reels and a fishing kit.

PICNIC HAMPER KIT: If you suddenly feel like taking a picnic hamper with you when you go on that drive, walk or trip to the beach or river, a kit is available for you to borrow and then fill with your own special treats.

From Melbourne by car, the journey begins on the M1 which can be easily accessed via CityLink, a tollway that connects three of Victoria's freeways, including the Tullamarine Freeway that runs from the airport to the city.

The quickest way is south-east along the Monash Freeway (M1), which turns into the South Gippsland Highway (M420).

Once on the M1, take the Cranbourne & Phillip Island exit (M420). This will get you on to the South Gippsland Highway.

Continue on the M420 for approx 34 km then take the Korumburra and Leongatha exit, Route A440.

When you reach the T intersection in Leongatha take the left hand turn to Morwell (B460).

Follow this road around past the Devondale dairy, over 'Coalition Creek' bridge and take the first right hand turn - Mardan Road.

Travel 16km along this lovely scenic road, then turn right into 'Meeniyan-Mirboo Nth Rd' (C455), also known as 'Loves Lane'.

1km around the bend will bring you to your country escape - Loves Lane Cottages.
